•Email & phone support throughout your pregnancy.

•Two 2-hour prenatal visits to discuss the birth plan, stages of labor, comfort, breathing techniques, and getting to know each other.

•24-hour on-call 3 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date.
​
•I will remain present throughout the labor, delivery, and transition to postpartum.
​
•One postpartum follow-up visit to check in on your recovery, breastfeeding, answering newborn questions, etc.
